The first sign is your burp. The burp we get after eating indicates that our stomach is full. When you burp after having eaten even a few hours ago and feel the taste of your last meal with the burp, it indicates that your last meal is still in the process of digestion. It is not completely digested yet. In such case, you should not take your next meal. If you get burps of lunch till dinner time, then skip dinner.

In today’s article, we will discuss the general symptoms or signs that appear throughout the body.

  1. Low energy or Weakness

The first one is low energy or weakness. Even after eating food two to three times or more times in a day and getting good sleep, the body doesn’t feel energetic or enthusiastic. There is no desire to do anything. By doing a little work, you start feeling more tired. These symptoms indicate that your body is not getting nourished. You might be gaining weight due to eating and drinking but you are not getting the proper nutrition.

This can lead to problems such as Thyroid imbalance and problems in professional and personal life. It is important to understand that your body is asking for a break since it is not able to digest the food. Therefore, eating light food or fasting is the solution. Hello, how are you doing, it’s all fine – this is the most common question and answer that is been asked and answered when someone meets someone. There are times when someone says “Was very ill” or “today I am not feeling well, I have a fever or I have got a cold.”

But most people don’t happen to be completely well daily. There are some small health problems that are always there. But we have become so used to living with such problems that we don’t feel like anything new worth telling. Sometimes we assume that everything is normal with us as because many people are suffering from this small health problem for so many days. So, it’s common and there is nothing abnormal to it.

But do you know that these small things or health problems are an indication of the big disease that may happen in the future? But we don’t consider these small indications as anything important. We need to understand that a big disease never happens in 1, 2 or 10 days. It always starts small as a process. Slowly our internal system starts deteriorating and its effect on the body system starts increasing.

When full symptoms of diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, or arthritis are visible. And when the report shows abnormalities then only we accept it, name it and understand that we have got this big disease now. While the truth is that the disease had already started years ago.

Understanding Body Signals and Problems

Now let’s discuss the small but daily signals that the body gives. Our body talks to us. We need to listen and understand it. In this article, I will discuss only about the signs of the facial region. In the coming article, we will discuss about other body signs too.

  1. Head

The first health issue is a headache. I have seen patients who experience headaches every single day for 2 years or 4 years. Sometimes it’s less and sometimes more but every day it’s there. And they ignore it and continue their work by taking tea/coffee, sleep or pain killer. But they don’t try to understand its actual reason.

What is the cause?

The most common and primary reason for regular headaches is that your body is filled with gas, urine or stool and it doesn’t get cleaned from your system properly. The problem starts because of wrong eating habits and indigestion.

The second important reason is holding your pee or urine for long. For example, when you get the feeling that you need to go to the toilet to pass urine, but if you are very busy with your work or there is a shortage of time then you postpone it and decide not to go at that moment or sometimes you don’t feel comfortable everywhere.

  1. Eyes

Next, we will discuss what your eyes are saying. Dry eyes, itching, irritation, watery eyes, and redness of eyes are some of the uncomfortable problems with which many people have learned to live. They are using lubricating drops, and protective glasses and also reducing their screen time, but still, their problem persists. This is because the problem is in the stomach.

As we know that tea and coffee have become an integral part of our life. Today we can’t even imagine spending a day without it. Obviously, when I start uncovering such a topic, you may not like my points easily.  And you can also be aware of the opportunity to make positive changes in your life by making small changes in your daily habits.

It is our job to make you aware of everything that interests you. Let’s begin with the most basic things. Understanding how a substance works in our body is the key to knowing its advantages and disadvantages.

How would it feel if the name of tea and coffee is taken with alcohol, but it has almost the same effect. Actually, when alcohol or cigarette smoke goes into the body, it acts as a stimulant. And you will be surprised to know that tea or coffee also do the same thing but its effect is very less as compared to other stimulants.

Nutrients and Stimulants

Food and drink mainly fall into two categories.

  • The first is Nutrients or Nutrition Givers and,
  • The second is a Stimulant or Simulator.

Nutrients nourish the body, increase Pranashakti, or Life Force, and give strength or energy. Examples of this include the sun’s rays, pure air, water, and good food. Whereas, a stimulant does not provide nutrition as they are irritants. The body’s organs function pervertedly as a result of irritation or stimulation. For example, if some dirt goes into your eyes, it turns red, starts itching and water begins coming out. This is what the body does. When stimulants go inside, the body tries to get rid of the irritant. All these types of stimulants such as drugs, alcohol, Cigarettes, many types of medicines, tea, coffee, chocolate, too many hot spices, etc. do not give anything to the body, rather than using reserved energy of the body to give you a feeling of energy.

How do stimulants affect your body?

You might have noticed that when you are very tired and don’t feel like doing anything or feeling hungry, at that if someone offers you hot tea or coffee or cardamom-spiced tea, you start feeling energetic and ready to work again within minutes. Did you ever wonder where this energy came from when just a few moments ago you were exhausted? Well, this is not the actual energy gain but a type of false feeling or stimulation. This type of stimulation causes more harm to the body than good. It is like whipping a tired horse. The horse runs faster for some time when hit by a whip. But can you say that the horse had more strength? You will notice that when the effect ends, the horse will be much more tired because the strength it felt was not actually strength but the body’s reaction to throw out the stimulant. It is important to understand that you can get out of fatigue only by taking rest just as you can satisfy hunger only by eating food. Tired nerves gain power and energy when they get to rest. If they don’t get adequate rest, it becomes more tired and thus, the need for stimulation increases. This can cause many types of nervous system disorders and diseases over the time causing harm to the body.

So, what’s the solution?

There is no harm in taking tea or coffee occasionally. But taking it to deal with your daily fatigue and not paying attention to your fatigue is very wrong. Sometimes we don’t take the time to think, why do we want to do so much? Why do we keep our goals and expectations so high that they can’t be achieved without sacrificing our health or harming our body?

I am not saying that you should not work and become lazy. You should definitely work but you should select your work wisely Based on your capabilities, aptitudes and genuine interests. The most interesting thing is that when you start something and get involved, your capacity starts increasing.

After reading this article if anyone realizes that tea or coffee deserves no place in their life and they want to quit their habit, then there is an easy way for them. It’s advised to never stop it suddenly. As your body is habituated to it, so leaving it gradually won’t cause any problem for your body to adjust happily. You should reduce your intake gradually. So first start by reducing it by one-fourth part like if you were taking tea or coffee 4 times a day, take it down to 3 times a day. Then from the next week, reduce it to twice a day. Doing so, you will be able to quit tea or coffee within a month and you won’t feel the need for it either.
